The return trip was a short walk to the   

Woodhaven Boulevard / Jamaica Avenue

to take the J train to

Sutphin Boulevard/ Archer Avenue/JFK Airport

where I transferred to the E train, and then got off at

Kew Gardens-Union Turnpike / Queens Boulevard

to take the F train to

75 Avenue / Queens Boulevard

The return trip took only 22 less minutes than the one hour leisurely walk.
