Is our Mayor in NYC?

Our Mayor bristled when asked where he was during the 2010 blizzard that caught his union workers performing below standard.  Mike Bloomberg reminded the reporter that as a private citizen he has the right to spend his time anywhere he chooses.  In other words…It’s none of our business if his highness decides to fly away to Bermuda to enjoy a better climate.  Does anyone have the registration number of his aircraft?

The Queensboro Bridge

The Queensboro Bridge will be named for former NYC Mayor Edward Koch.   The current Mayor , soon to be presidential candidate Mike Bloomberg will ask the City Council to rename the 101-year-old bridge in honor of Edward Koch. The trend in New York is to name all of its bridges and tunnels for former politicians.  The Brooklyn Battery tunnel is now the “Gov. Hugh Carey Battery Tunnel.”  The Triboro Bridge was renamed the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge.
