For two hours the leaders discussed world events and declared their two countries to be allies fighting on the same front. These irritants, Fidel Castro and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, have been the United States of America’s hemorrhoids.
Castro has continued to write essays on world events and one of his themes has been warning the world of a possible U.S./Israeli vs. Iran which could possibly lead to nuclear Armageddon.
Iran doesn’t share Fidel’s apocalyptic end. They assume the United States of America will never dare attack.
Iran’s assessment of the West is way of the mark. Bear in mind the mysterious sabotage of Iran’s nuclear program and the recent assassination of a procurement officer. Being a Chemical Engineer and working in an Iranian nuclear project is not conducive to a long life.
