Daniel Padilla, the CEO and Founder, of Greystone Aviation, created this company because he recognized the fact that we lead a very busy life and not only need to be there for friends and family but also be available at a moment’s notice to take advantage of business opportunities around the globe.
He claims Greystone is not only able to get us to where we need to be when we need to be there — He ensures that we will have a safe, luxurious, comfortable, trouble free ride.
Now let’s read the fine print.
Greystone Aviation arranges flights on behalf of clients and the black jet card members with FAR Part 135 air carriers that exercise full operational control of charter flights at all times. GreyStone Aviation does not own or operate aircraft. Flights are operated by FAR Part 135 air carriers that meet all FAA safety standards and additional safety standards established by GreyStone

I guess GREYSTONE is just a travel agency and Daniel Padilla is a travel agent for hire. No wonder he was not able to afford a lawyer in his trial vs. the City of New York. This travel agent who lives in a penthouse apartment near Times Square claimed he was not able to afford a lawyer. He told the court he was unemployed so he could be assigned a legal-aid attorney paid for by the State of New York.
His Legal Aid Lawyer, Adam Meyer couldn’t be reached for comment.
Daniel Padilla’s claim to fame is:
A video that shows him abusing an 8-month-old puppy, named Boston on October 20, 2012. The high flying travel agent is seen mercilessly punching and kicking his St. Bernard. Boston is kicked on its head and right side of his body by the brave Daniel Padilla.
Daniel Padilla’s unlucky day was:
Despite evidence from a detective, evidence from the ASPCA veterinarian, and the aforementioned video that was reviewed by the staff at the swanky Hell’s Kitchen high-rise apartment building. Even though Daniel Padilla confessed to the beating of Boston on October 25, 2012. Not withstanding the fact that while chasing, tripping and falling in his effort to discipline Boston for running away, Daniel Padilla broke his wrist, and then became enraged enough to physically abuse the puppy.
The prosecutors decided to drop all charges against Daniel Padilla.
The Manhattan DA’s Office declined to comment on why the charges were dismissed even though the attack was caught on video.
